Terms & Conditions

All work undertaken by us is guaranteed for a period of 3 months or 3000 miles whichever occurs first.  If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we have provided to you please inform us as soon as possible to enable us to correct the situation.

Please be aware that we do not offer credit terms and therefore payment for work is expected on or before collection of vehicles.  We accept most credit and debit cards and cash.  We no longer accept cheques without prior agreement.

Courtesy Car insurance is included but there is a insurance excess of £250 for any claim.  By accepting the keys you are accepting your responsibility for this excess.  Fuel is not included in our courtesy cars.  Customers are asked politely to refill to the level they would like to find it when they next borrow the car.
